Where Fahhh.me's clips, images, and videos come from, how we credit them, and how rights remain with the original creators.

Why We Publish This Page

Fahhh.me is an aggregator and curator of Fahhh sound effect and meme content — we don't claim to have created the original "FAHHH!" clip, the memes built around it, or the videos that made it go viral. Transparency about where our content comes from is one of the most important things we can offer readers, so this page explains our sources in plain terms.

Where Our Content Comes From

  • MyInstants — the audio clips featured in our Soundboard and Download Center are sourced from MyInstants and similar public sound-clip platforms. Where possible, each clip links back to its original MyInstants page so you can see the source and the uploader directly.
  • Know Your Meme — for the cultural history and timeline of the Fahhh meme (how it spread, when key moments happened, related variants), we reference Know Your Meme, the internet's primary crowd-documented meme encyclopedia.
  • YouTube — trending videos, compilations, and embedded clips referenced in our Trending Videos section and blog posts come from YouTube, embedded via YouTube's standard embed player with links back to the original channel and video.
  • Roblox — Roblox sound IDs listed on our Roblox ID hub are asset IDs that exist on the Roblox platform; we do not host or control the underlying audio assets, only document and test the IDs.
  • Community submissions — some meme gallery entries and tips are submitted by readers. We review submissions before publishing and remove anything unverifiable or clearly misattributed.

How We Credit Sources

Wherever practical, we:

  1. Link directly to the original source (MyInstants clip page, YouTube video, Know Your Meme entry) rather than only embedding or re-hosting it.
  2. Name the platform a piece of content came from in the surrounding text or caption.
  3. Avoid presenting aggregated content as if it were originally created by Fahhh.me.

If you notice a piece of content on Fahhh.me that is missing attribution, is attributed incorrectly, or that you believe shouldn't be featured, please tell us — see Contact.

Rights Remain With Original Creators

Aggregating a clip, image, or video on Fahhh.me does not transfer any ownership or rights to us. All third-party sound clips, images, and videos remain the property of their original creators and are subject to the terms of the platform they were sourced from (for example, YouTube's Terms of Service or MyInstants' usage terms). Our Licensing & Usage page explains what this means in practice for personal versus commercial use, and how to request removal if you're a rights holder.

Keeping This Page Accurate

Source platforms change their own policies over time, and individual clips or videos can be taken down at the source. If a link on this page or elsewhere on the site is broken or a source has changed its terms, please let us know via Contact so we can update it. You can also read our Editorial Policy for more on how we handle corrections and verification generally.
